This bar is carefully crafted with the World renowned Chuao beans. Chuao is a special area in the coast of Venezuela that has hundreds of years of cacao tradition. Chuao is an area that is only accessible by boat. The beans are harvested by the local people of Chuao. Cacao is how they make a living since it is the town's main source of income. Tasting notes: very fruity with a distinctive citric acidity. Some notes of grapes and plums. Subtle notes of panela and sugar cane.
